poor air conditioningunsatisfying explanation

the air conditioning really didn't work well. there weren't any instructions for the temperature control, either. i couldn't ever set the temperature i wanted. the explanation i got over the phone about it? very unsatisfying!

i enjoyed the hotel's central location near the grand place. the breakfast offered many choices , and everything tasted fresh. the front desk staff were very friendly and also helpful.

the carpet in the room showed signs of wear and use , but it was acceptable.
